Scheduling Policies

• There is a 50% booking fee to ensure your commitment to the appointment. The booking fee will be applied to the cost of your service.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please give the appropriate 48 hour notice.

• Cancellations less than 48 hours will be charged the 50% booking fee.

• No-Shows will be charged the 50% booking fee.

• Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) will be rescheduled and charged the 50% booking fee. Tardiness negatively impacts my schedule and the schedule of other clients.

Studio Policies

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If we are unable to reach a mutual decision on the brow or eyeliner design, your appointment will be cancelled. I understand that style and taste varies from person to person. I offer natural looking permanent makeup - if that isn’t your thing, it’s OK! I also offer FREE in-person consultations.

• You must be a minimum of 18 years old to receive permanent makeup services. After all, it is a TATTOO on your face!

• No additional guests allowed in the treatment room. The suite is only large enough to comfortably accommodate the artist and client.

• Please, no children allowed under the age of 18. We have sharp objects and bio-hazard containers in the studio. You will not be able to supervise your children while receiving your service. If you arrive with children, you will be rescheduled and charged the 50% booking fee.
